  • Hi @zflim
It will be great if you can post this issue in SEMrush’s official forum. SEMrush is a paid tool. I think you will get a solution on their official help page: https://www.semrush.com/kb/

    Thanks

It’s possible that the issue you’re facing is related to how SEMrush is interpreting the URLs on your WordPress site. Without more specific information about the URLs and the discrepancy between the URLs on your site and the ones being reported by SEMrush, it’s hard to give a definitive answer.

However, one possible explanation could be that your WordPress site is using “pretty permalinks” (i.e., a URL structure that uses words instead of query strings), but SEMrush is pulling the URLs from Google Analytics, which may be using a different URL structure. In this case, the URLs reported by SEMrush may look different from the ones on your site, even though they are referring to the same page.

To troubleshoot the issue, you could try comparing the URLs being reported by SEMrush with the URLs in your Google Analytics account to see if there are any discrepancies. You may also want to double-check your WordPress permalink settings to make sure they are set up correctly. Additionally, you could try reaching out to SEMrush support for assistance in interpreting the data being reported. Hi Charles,

Thank you for reaching out. It sounds like the issue you are experiencing on your WooCommerce checkout page could be related to your theme or outdated WordPress version.

Firstly, I would recommend updating your WordPress version to the latest release, as this could potentially fix any compatibility issues. Additionally, it is important to keep your website and all plugins up to date for security reasons.

If updating WordPress does not resolve the issue, it is possible that your theme may be causing conflicts. I suggest trying to switch to a default theme (such as Twenty Twenty-One) and checking if the issue persists. If the checkout page displays correctly with the default theme, then the issue is likely with your Evolve theme, and you may need to contact their support team for further assistance.

I hope this helps, and please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Best regards,
