  • I checked to see if it was some sort of Firewall cache but that is not enabled. I am at a loss as to what is causing this broken page.

Firewall would allow or prevent access. But that’s not what’s happening here. It’s the layout that’s broken.

This is a simple (and very common) case of a stale cache.

Just flush your caching plugin (WP Rocket), and the page should display correctly as shown below.

(You should probably edit/shorten your header menu’s labels so the menu bar doesn’t overflow to a second line, but that’s a different matter)

Hello. Thank you for your reply.

I have cleared the WP rocket cache ten times if I have done it once.

Each time I have done a hard refresh on the page, and yet nothing is fixing it for me.

I have deactivate the WP Rocket Cache as well.

    1 Cleared the cache
    2 Deactivated the plugin
3 Hard refresh on the browser.

    Hi there,
It sounds like your DNS settings are not configured correctly.

    1. Log into your GoDaddy account and check the DNS settings.
    2. Add the CNAME record “WWW” to your DNS settings.
    3. Configure the following fields:
    • Name – Name is the CNAME (WWW)
    • Type – Select CNAME
    • TTL – Time to Live is “14440″ by default (no need to change the default value)
    • Target – Target is the path to your website (designerdrains.com)
