URLs Cause Spam error

When I add URL or text objects to add up to three URLs to the form submissions, the content gets flagged for spam. The three URLs are definitely responsible for it as they are all that changed. I thought by using the URL object it should pass the Spam test, but no.

Any ideas? I think this may never work, but hopefully someone can come up with something.
