URLs change for embedded media added via media button

I am using the Pro version and WP 4.1 and the Weaver Theme.
When you embed media like a PDF or even an image for that matter. It changes the direct URL to an indirect one and the link does not work in the post. Here is an example…
When inserted it looks like this:
“Links_clubhouse_exit_checklist“Then it gets changed to:
“<p>Links_clubhouse_exit_checklist</p>”Even if you insert in text mode when you click on the visual button and go back and look it has been changed. As a result the link is bad.
OK that didn’t post right the url looks like “../wp-content/uploads/2015/01/Links_clubhouse_exit_checklist.pdf” after it is entered right.
It was entered as “https://www.pghlux.com/links/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/Links_clubhouse_exit_checklist.pdf”
