    Hello,

I use the Guttenberg-Editor in WordPress 5.x. I want to create a gallery with the classic editor because it looks nicer and the pics can be randomized. Unfortunately it′s not possible to use the url behind the picture when hovering it.
    What am doing wrong?

    Greetings

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

What do you mean? You don’t know where to put the URL? You can also access the Image Edit page from the Media Library, and the URL will be there for you to change ??

    Hey Jordy,

thanks for your answer. I′m sorry, I know where to put the URLs (Media Library), but the plugin isn′t working with the classic gallery. This is the code behind: <p>[gallery columns="2" size="medium" link="file" ids="###" orderby="rand"]</p> where ### stands for the members of the gallery.
I hope, you understand my problem and can help me.

    Greetings

Your gallery seems modified your theme. Have a look at the section about Debugging here: https://meowapps.com/plugin/gallery-custom-links/. If the class is missing, it means that the gallery is actually not the standard gallery (the theme is overriding it). I checked, but the ID is not available in the HTML generated for your image ??
