URLs to language pages wrong

“Inherited” this site and shut down yoast sitemaps as they caused memory overflow errors.
Plugin 4.1.19
WP 6.4.3
Yoast 22.1
PolyLang 3.5.3
Disabled XML on Yoast
Checkout https://www.sensorem.se/page-sitemap.xml
All urls for language “EN” contains the slug twice.
e.g. https://www.sensorem.se/en/privacy-policy/privacy-policy
Which is ofc incorrect. Should be “https://www.sensorem.se/en/privacy-policy”
Nothing related in logs.
Any ideas on what’s wrong?The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
