US and Canada Blocked Using Yoast

Hello,
I installed Yoast SEO on my website last week and was told that the site does not open in the US and Canada, even though the site is hosted in the US. When I turned off the plugin, the site went live again in both countries.
Question #1 – has anyone else had this problem?
Question #2 – how do you fix it?Thank you!
