US Foreign Currency Prices not working

I have noted that despite setting up the US Zone the prices in the front end of the shop with the above link still shows prices in INR (indian rupee) and not US dollar when I try to see the prices being outside india.

I have set up the prices as 1INR = 0.011US$

For someone in india the price should show in INR and someone outside india it should show in US$. I have manually set the price in US$ in the Woocommerce > Setting > Products page, filling in manually for India as INR 3000 and for US it shows symbol $ and I put price as 75$, but front end it shows only INR3000 and not US$75
