Usage

I have some stores defined in Salesforce with info like availability and services. I would like to create a form that if the store name matches, return a list of services at that store so I can tie it into checkboxes in the form. Does this sould (sort of) like something I can use this plugin to do?

or- Can I use it to keep a MySQL table of services at a store location up to date?
