    I’ve never used WpShop I’m afraid so I can’t comment directly about that.

    Is the product admin page in the WP Admin? Does the featured link work on standards posts/pages?

    I solved this problem by upgrading WordPress to the latest version ^^
    I don’t know if this is a reccurent bug or if it was caused by my settings.
    Now that’s ok, so this thread is resolved
