• Be extremely careful when using this plugin, it deletes background images if you are not careful enough.

How do you use background images in WordPress?

    Through Beaver Builder

I see ?? Did you use the Pro Version? As mentioned in the Dashboard of Media Cleaner, if you use Beaver Builder, the support for it is only handled in the Pro Version. Beaver Builder needs a lot of additional checks.

Yup. I did pay for the Pro version. It still deleted a lot images I added via Beaver Builder. Glad I had a backup cuz I was able to reinstate this way (manually reuploaded the missing images).

    Did you contact the support?

I did not contact support due to lack of time/lack of interest since the plugin has broken important images from 2 of my sites already. I understand that a good practice is to provide support with ways to troubleshoot a website on a sandbox environment, while also providing them with ways to replicate the issue. However, this takes away too much of my time, so for me the best is to not use it again.

Sure, I understand you feedback. Cheers!

I found the same issue with background images in GenerateBlocks. I’m using the free version. The earlier reply mentioned Beaver Builder, but does the pro version work for GenerateBlocks as well?
