I originally used this plugin help expand the functions of the clients WooCom site. Everything was going smoothly until we experienced an issue. The order emails were being corrupted and PPOM fields would complete ruin the formatting of our order emails.

I reached out to Najeeb at N-Media over a period of 4 months to try to get this issue resolved, and he only responded 3 times to tell me that we was looking into it. Then “POOF”, I never heard from him again despite sending weekly follow-ups. It has gotten so bad that I have begun reverse engineering the PPOM plugin to see if I can fix it myself because I have no other options.

Finally, none of this would’ve have happened if the plugin was polished. Based on my research it appears that there was no attention payed to following WP/WC guidelines while creating this plugin.

I would stay away from this plugin if you need a long term solution.
