    I’m having a problem using cache. When there are some changes on the page such as posting a new article, it takes a long time for the user to see the change (I have to reload the page to see the most recent post). So is there a way to fix or improve this?

    I’m so sorry to bother you again. After I got help from you I asked the hosting support to help me.
    And here is their reply: “Hello,As mentioned in our previous response, cache control no cache instructs your web browser not to refer to the cache immediately, but to validate the content against the server. We have already verified the Litespeed cache control is no cache.Please have a check again and let us know if you are in need of any further assistance”.

    yeah , that means your site , has something somehwere somehow somewhat set the cache-control header for you , you need to locate where/what it is
