Use color swatch for stock availability

Hi,

I’m looking for a way to recreate this use of stock availability: example.

They use a kind of color swatch to show which items are in stock and which aren’t. Is there a plugin available that can do this? If not, can somebody refer me to a programmer who can achieve this?
