Use current_time() for Cache Info

    Dear Frank

    I saw Cache Info is displaying time in UTC, presumably to ensure compatibility with a v4.9-5.2 environment. I would like to report that it is possible to use current_time() to obtain the gmt offset and show localised time in a backward compatible way.
