Use Date Instead Of Time

All of the ‘hide/reveal’ plugins share the same drawbacks in that the content is hidden. But that meas that if one expires the content of a list, item-by-item, each item becomes a blank line—which is visually awkward. Also, they don’t understand that HTML in their ‘hide/reveal’ code is code, and displays code as text in the page. The idea of your plugin, a ‘hide/reveal’ for HTML code, is very desirable. I’d like a <del></del> code to become effective on a certain date to strike-out events whose date has expired. For example:
[rotator start="20130821"]<del>[rotator]This has expired.[rotator start="20130821"]</del>[rotator]I wish you’d rework this for date rather than time plugin.
