use days and hours in the same calendar

Hello,
I would like the user to be able to book different days or hours in the same calendar.
For example
a user could book from January 3rd at 03:00 AM to January 5th at 06:00 PM
another user could book on January 7 from 03:00 PM to 05:00 PM
while the third user could book from January 8th to January 10th.
But if I activate the use of hours in the calendar, the selection of more days disappears.

how do i activate both the selection of days and hours in the same calendar ?

Also I am trying to buy the PRO version of your plugin, but it is not possible to pay the invoice with Paypal.
