Use development data and shortcodes?

I have installed the plugin, and set it for URL: Development. But when i use shortcodes on a page, nothing shows up but the shortcode code.
Yes i’m doing it in Text, NOT in Visual.https://wpcomputersolutions.com/rebrea/property-search/
