Use different themplate for different emails

  • Is there a way where i can use the plugin to change completely the visual for customer and for admin? I mean 2 different themplate.

    Like we want the customer email to be good looking and the admin email to be print ready (really minimal).

    1 with social media, images, etc.
    The other one really minimal, no images, bigger text, no socials, no business info, etc.

    Also,
    when using the print preview in thunderbird, the email that are sent from the plugin adds a blank page at the end (even if the order is only 1 product), also adds one at the begining if there’s a lot of product. Any ideas on this? we tried a lot of thing to eliminate thoses blank pages

    Thanks for reaching out! There isn’t a built-in functionality for this. At least not within this plugin, sorry! I’ll check in with the developer and see if has any advice for you.

    Hi,
    In woocommerce, you can change the format of the emails. You could set your admin emails to plain text instead of html. Just note that this plugin won’t style or effect those emails. Otherwise if you want custom HTML templates for admin emails you would need to override those templates in a child theme and customize them manually.
