    I would like to know id it is possible to open in a new tab when using external url option. Thank you!

    If you set the option “Use external url for single events or locations?” then this is currently not possible. It would require changes to the code, so I’ll classify that as a feature request for now. I’ll take a look at it though, because maybe I’ll do that by default.
    However, if you just want to use the value of the external url, you can build your own links with it (placeholder #_EXTERNALURL returns the url, so you can build your own html a-tag with it).

    Can you tell me which placeholder you use (the one that gets replaced with the event link)? I think I can do it easily for #_LINKEDNAME but in other cases it gets complicated …
