Use first row as header row

Hi! Thank you for this excellent plugin. I have one small feature request. I have a client with dozens of tables and none of them were created with th cells. I was wondering if you could have an option to automatically use the cells in the first row of the table if the table doesn’t have any cells marked as th. Thanks again!
