Use folder (with subdirectories, synced via ownCloud) as Media Libary

  • I am hosting WordPress and ownCloud on the same server. What I would like to do is to use a folder in my ownCloud directory as the media library for my WordPress site (basically, I have a large images folder which I keep organized via subdirectories like /Vacations,… and I would like to link some of these pictures in my blog). Is there a plugin that would allow this?

    Btw, what’s more, the directory is on an external HDD which is mounted with 0770 permissions (no access for my standard user – required by ownCloud), I hope that wouldn’t be a problem?
