Use form-name for [flamingo_subject] when empty

Hi, firs: thanks for this fantastic plugin, it is exactly what I was looking for.

My issue is that on some of my forms I don’t use the subject field. So in the list of incoming messages, the subject is empty. Currently I solve this by setting this hard coded in the extra settings of the Contact Form, like:

flamingo_subject: “<some hardcoded string>”

My suggestion is to use the name of the form as value for flamingo_subject when that field is not filled from the contact form itself.
