Use HTML5 Geolocation API

  • Firstly thank you for this plug-in. I appreciate that on a desktop / laptop I can type in the address but it would be truly amazing if I didn’t have to do this. There should be a marker icon that I click which then uses the HTML5 Geolocation API to get my location. Then if I want to override this (in case it is not very accurate) I should have the option of manually entering my address.

    Are you guys planning on bringing out something like this in the near future?

  • That’s a a great use case/feature suggestion. Geocoding an address is not as good as the api just knowing where you are.
