    Hi Support team,

I am trying to use easy fancybox for iframe purpose where I wanted to open an external website in an iframe. I have a few questions about iframe

    1. If I have 5 images with links to 5 different external sites in a page, can I open 5 iframes from this same page?

    2. I tried to open a website in an iframe by clicking an image. It popped up a fancybox first. However, as soon as the website is loaded, it turned into a whole browser window. Some other websites do not have this issue though. Do you know why some sites can be opened in a iframe, while some others website are opened in a browser window with same configuration (using class=fancybox-iframe)

    Thanks
    Ervin

  • Hi Ervin,

    1. yes, there is no limit there.

2. it sounds like there is a so-called frame-breaker script running on the embedded (framed) site. these scripts prevent a site from being embedded and are commonly used by paypal, google and others that run services rather than ‘simple’ informational websites. for example, embedding a paypal cart is not allowed and if you wish to embed a google map, you will need to get the special embed url (via sharing options) instead of linking to the ‘normal’ map page…

    hope that helps ??
