Use links to share Page

  • Do you know if its possible to use these to share the current page that the person is on? In other words, im not looking to send people to a certain page, rather just use the plugin to share the current blog page that they are on. Does anyone know how this can be done?

    Also, is there a way to hide the plugin from just the main home page when activated?
