Use local resources instead of googleapis due to GDPR

SuperPWA tries to load workbox from https://storage.googleapis.com/workbox-cdn/releases/6.0.2/workbox-sw.js.
This is a problem in Europe due to GDPR. Is it possible to add a setup setting to avoid this, as GoogleAnalytics is not used here anyway?
