Use of Classified Theme as child theme?

    Hello,

    I would like to use the Classified Listings plugin as part of the functions of my website, but I want to also keep the current theme of my website (GeneratePress Premium).

    My site is not only a classified ads site. It will have other features.

    Can your Classified Theme be used as a child theme (only for the classified pages/posts), so that I don’t lose my main theme’s design?

    Hi,
    Yes, you can use the plugin with other theme. Just modify the required things from child theme which does not match with your design.

    Hi @alireyad ,

    Do you mean via CSS or do you mean that the Classified theme has settings that can be changed to look more like the rest of the site?

    I have not used a child theme before, and will have to find out how to do it, in addition to making any adjustments.

    Question: Can the Classified theme be used as a child theme?

    Hi,
    I am talking about CSS to adjust with current theme. It’s a plugin, not theme.

    Are you talking about CL Classified theme, which available from our site? If yes then no. It’s main theme, not a child theme.
