Use of plug-in has locked me out of old and new sites' back end

I have the same sort of problem. I can’t get back into my old site. I seem to have redirected it to the new site but it is stuck between. Complete mess!

trying to migrate from subdomain to root directory and have completely lost site and am locked out… grrr

1. Open phpmyadmin (through probably cpanel or admin tools of host provider)
2. Open your database and look for the table: wp_options
3. Look fot site_url and change option_value back to your old url name.
Hit update and you can enter wp-admin again.
You will see a warning about what domain name you want to use.

Got to Your ftp program and rename the directory/map of your plugin. That should work. And also look at the answer above using phpadmin to change the url in wp_options.
