Use one wordpress website for several websites?

  • Basically what I’m looking for is a way for real estate clients to have their own personal site which has just their home page and a blog page.
    Here is what I made so far. This illustrates how the site will look and function: Website

    I want to use this site multiple times but have it tailored for each real estate agent. So another example would have an address like renewlending.com/johnsmith and it would have their home page and photo and blog page and twitter feed etc.

    What is the most efficient way to accomplish this without duplicating the entire wordpress site multiple times?
