Ah yes, our image CDN can only bring in images as part of post/page content.

Images elsewhere, like from specific plugins, are not brought into our CDN.

any way to make cdn for all photo like theme images and others images or do cdn manual for them

You could ask the developers to integrate the Photon API into their plugin for use whenever Jetpack is active: https://developer.wordpress.com/docs/photon/api/

Otherwise, that’s the only way to extend our image CDN outside of post/page content.
