Use plugin for list view, but still be able to link to full posts

Is it possible to use this plugin on the pages that lists posts, but still be able to link directly to a post (through a link specified elsewhere for example).
What we’re trying to accomplish is this:
The post listings (title & first paragraph) link to a form in our crm, then from the crm we link back to the full article.
Any insight would be appreciated.
