Use Query ID to hide/show section

Hi everyone

I’m looking for a feature into Dynamic Conditions plugin to show/hide a section when Query condition is true. I have a dynamic query and it displays all the posts with Term (specific category) and Author condition. So, I need to show/hide this widget (post list) when that query (term+author) is empty or have no posts to display. I switched this post list section into a Modal (elementor feature), but I can’t reach to hide this button (elementor modal) if the query returns no posts.

i’m thinking to use Query ID (advance query, elementor pro feature) to do this, but I don’t know how

Any sugestion? thanks in advance
