I am in the process of creating a form for a non-profit church organization. They want a contact form with a selection box that asks the visitor what is the purpose of contacting. One of the selections is “make a donation.” Other possible selections are non-commerce related, such as webinar info, news related queries, etc. If this selection is chosen the paypal button is shown and the normal contact send button is hidden. Your current coding does not seem to allow this. I would prefer not to make a bunch of forms when it can logically be in one form. This contact form is not solely for donations but for contact with visitors, some of whom may want to make donations. Is there a way around this obstacle so that I can keep both send and paypal button on one contact form. I am not that tech savvy so please explain in lay terms.

  • Hello @haserb,

    Hope you’re doing well!

At the moment, to achieve this, it requires a lot of custom coding, out of the box, this feature is not included in the plugin.

Although a similar feature is under development, that will allow processing forms if the amount of payment selected is 0. I’m afraid there is no ETA for when this feature will be released, so please keep an eye on the future plugin releases.

Have a good day and take care!

    Kind regards,
    Nastia
