Use shortcode plugin in a page out of WP…

Hi, I just trying to insert the recent-post of “advanced-recent-post” plugin in a frame out of my wordpress site, because i just use wordpress as blog and my website is custom php and html so the roots are like this:
https://www.website.com
https://www.website.com/wp-blog

I was trying to “include” the plugin main-file.php and run do_shortcode but I really don’t know how can I do that..

I just need to print the shortcode of the plugin out of WP
or get the content of the widget where the plugin is running ok.
