• I have an existing website, and I want one page of it to include a blog-style function (updated/archived text and the ability for people to comment on posts) but I *like* my design. Can I just use SSI to include the bare bones text and comments without all the formatting?

If I can’t do it here….does anyone have ideas on how it can be done?

I’ve searched previous posts and see that it can be done….I’m not sure exactly how to do it. Here is the temporary home for my website:

I plan to make an additionan page called “Lifelines” to blog the preacher’s weekly bulletin article and allow comments and tags, etc. I really want to weave it into the existing page if possible.

Like a previous poster I read, I am great with HTML, ok with CSS and clueless about the rest. However, I do use SSI for the header and footer on my page.

I host with Godaddy/Linux if that makes any difference.
