Use Subscription Form without AJax or Jquery

Hi,
I have used older version of mailpoet 2 and I could get subscribers without using ajax or jquery files. But since upgrade to version 3, this method is not working. I have a simple site which does not use any js files except adsense. So, to use this plugin to get subscribers, I have to load Jquery files and this plugins js files which is affecting my page size. Not all visitors turn into subscribers, may be even less than 0.5% visitors. So, why we need to load js files for the rest of the 99.5% visitors just to get subscribers? Is there any method so that subscription forms works even without js files and jquery?
