  • Hi,
do you have the latest WordPress version installed on your site? The superscript tag th actually works with the latest build, both with the default editor and Gutenberg.

If your WordPress version is not updated please do a backup of your site (it’s very important in case something goes wrong!), update WordPress and try again.

Please let us know if the problem is solved

Thanks for the response! Ok, I will try that but to be honest I am a bit scared of losing my site if anything goes wrong with the update…

    Don’t be scared.

If you are that scared, I recommend you use a backup plugin just in case before updating things. There are quite a few available in the repo: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/search/backup/

There are also other paid services but the free ones are just as good.

Haha thanks! I just backed up my website. About the version of wordpress, how do I check it? Because I think the version I have should be the latest. And if I do need to update, how do I do that? I can’t see the update button in the wordpress GUI. And I would have to install separately Gutenberg?

    Thanks again!
