Use the same dashboard for all sites on a mutisite installation

  • I’m currently running a network with 3 sites, each with it’s own domain. The content for the three sites is managed mostly by the same people, with only a few users adding content for one of the sites.

    Currently, with each dashboard running on a different domain, the user has to re-authenticate every time they change sites.

    Is there a way to manage all sites from the root’s site domain?

    While not the same dashboard, you could use a single sign-on plugin to avoid needing to re-authenticate to access different sites. I noticed there’s even a plugin specifically for multi-site. I’ve no experience with it, but it looks promising.
