Use the shortcode and displays only stars, no reviews

  • Hi RichPlugins team,

    Firstly, I’d like to thank you for your review plugin!
    I’ve installed the FB one and Google one, the former runs perfect, but the latter one’s got me little trouble.

    I’m using Google Reviews Widget shortcode with divi theme, but it displays only the stars header and no reviews underneath.
    I’ve tried to edit the pagination with “3” to “5”, however, it didn’t work.
    I wonder if you could help.

    Hi @wythechen,

    First of all, please try to reinstall the plugin from scratch (be careful, it will delete all collected reviews in the plugin, if you have more then 5 reviews).

    Make the following steps:

    1. Save Google Places API key and your Place ID somewhere except the plugin;

    2. Go to the page: WordPress Settings / Google Reviews Widget / Advance tab;

    3. Click ‘Install from scratch’;

    4. Paste your Google Places API key to the settings;

    5. Reconnect your Place ID for all widgets and shortcodes.

    Let me know if it doesn’t help.
