use these settings on WPSC 1.5.4+

    For Country Caching to work with WPSC 1.5.4+ you will need to set the following settings on WP Supercache.

    Dashboard->settings->WP SuperCache

    On the advanced Tab:
    Set “Cache Delivery Method” to Simple
    And check/tick “Cache HTTP headers with page content.”

    NOTE: if you use WPSC’s settings to temporarily disable caching it also unsets “Cache HTTP headers with page content.” You will have to check this again on WPSCs Advanced tab.
