Use this on Frontpage?

    I have a static front page that I’d like to add this plugin to. It’s working in the widget, but I can’t find any mention of a shortcode to use in order to display this on the home page.

    Is this part of the pro package? Need to know as soon as possible if you can let me know. If it is part of the pro version and I buy that, how many sites can I use it on?

    Great plugin, just need to figure out how to make it work all the way ??

    I have a similar pre-sales question as NovaSev. I am looking to add your plugin to a static page on my website (not the home page)… but from what I’m reading, it seems that this plugin is only for widgets. I am looking to purchase the PRO version of WP Frontpage News, and would like to know if this is possible?

    I figured out how to add it – although it doesn’t look great out of the box. You’d also have to wrap it in some kind of element container to style it without messing up your sidebar widget if you used this for that as well.

    Anyhow, the shortcode you want to use is:
    <?php echo do_shortcode("[frontpage_news widget='141' name='WPFN Test']"); ?>

    You’ll have to include the widget id# and then add the title for the name. Hope that helps you Aaron.

    Thanks, NovaSev for the excellent tip, it looks perfectly Ok to me, I would have advised the same solution.

    We will probably add a documented function to do this in a future release of the plugin.

    hi, I’m not able to use the plugin because when I click to select a news poupup not the inserts and the news does nothing as I fix this?
