use with cache plugin

    Is there a way to use it simultaneously with the cache plugin?
    I am using wp super cache.
    And when I turn on the cache function, the number of likes is not reflected until I clear the cache.
    I really want it.

    When manually inserting a button with a code,
    is there a way to hide the automatically inserted button?
    Two buttons are exposed when manually inserted.
