Use with confidence – great support

You only ever know whether or not you’ve made the right choice with a plugin when you need support. Lots of plugins look great and operate well, but when it really counts, is someone there looking out for it/you? Is it maintained? Does someone care, if something goes wrong?

With Complianz I raised an issue on the support forum (incompatibility after an upgrade) and had a friendly response with an effective workaround within a couple of hours, followed by a software release with a permanent fix made available within about a day.
