Use with Doubleclick for Publishers?

This is a great plugin that’s slick and easy. However…

We have been approached by an advertiser to place an ad on a specific page on our site. I’m approved for Doubleclick for Publishers and think I know how to create the order and line item, and add the creative, using that platform.

My question is, will the ad automatically be served onto our site via this AdSense plugin? If not, what’s the process I need to follow?

Any advice or leads appreciated.
