Use with existing table

No, unfortunately, this is not possible, as TablePress doesn’t use mySQL tables, but stores its tables in a Custom Post Type.

If you already have everything working in that mySQL setup, I suggest that you simply integrate the DataTables features manually, by e.g. following tutorial at https://www.datatables.net/blog/Getting_started_with_DataTables%3A_First_steps
