Use With Jetpack Form

Hello,
I am receiving so many spam registration emails on my self hosted site- https://yaALLAH.in.

I have jetpack forms enabled in widget for user registration. I want to know whether Stop Spam Spammer will work with this?I am still in confusion how this works?
I have added google secret keys and all. I tried in diagnostic also to test by adding email but didn’t see any result.
When I fill email in jetpack user registration (widget) I got a confirmation link, instead of any captcha.
Please let me know how to use this Stop Spam Spammer?
