Use with "More Privacy Options" and MultiSite?

I manage a large multisite install of WordPress (v4.1) and use a plugin called “More Privacy Options” to allow individual sites to allow access to only those members of our multisite network (without having to add them all to the site itself).

I would love to use this WordPress Access Control plugin in conjunction with the More Privacy Options plugin to allow the entire site to be open to the world, but protect specific Posts/Pages to those “members of the network”. Do you know if this is possible?
