Use with products?

  • Hi,

    I am trying out your related posts plug-in and it is working great on my blog. I love how it is easy and does not require any complicated coding or set up.

    I was wondering if I could extend it’s use to include product pages. I use market press. For example: I sell plants and I wrote a blog post explaining care of a certain kind of plant. I was looking for a way to link all of the related plants to this post and vise versa without going into each plant to set up the link (there are a lot of them). If I could just choose the article and then select all of related plants from the drop down list to link to the article that would be so sweet.

    It would be nice if the posts could link to “catagory” pages and other store pages too.

    Are those products custom post types? If so, you can enable it for them on the Settings > Custom Related Posts page.

    I’ll add linking to category pages to the idea list!
