I’ve tested on 2 different sites, and neither seem to work with sub-directories.

The first is a sub-directory install (https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/giving-wordpress-its-own-directory/) where the site is served from the root URL.
See the linked domain, except it is installed at /wordpress/ and served from /.
In this case, no assets are rewritten at all with the plugin.

The second one is a plain sub-directory install, where the Site URL and location both reflect a sub-directory (which is the link I provided). In this case, the sub-directory is removed from the CDN paths by the plugin, resulting in 404s. I set it up this way because that’s what your directions say during zone creation (Include only the scheme and hostname… Do not include a file path…) and ditto in the instructions for this plugin. Also because it seems like that would be the “normal” thing to do.

In the first case, adding a sub-directory to the CDN URL in the plugin settings has no effect, it still refuses to do any rewriting. In the second case, adding a sub-directory in the plugin settings DOES make things work.

Any ideas on how to get the first case working?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

If WordPress is installed in a subdirectory but configured to be served without it in the file path, like in your first case, you’ll need to go to the CDN Enabler settings and set the CDN URL setting as the scheme and hostname (e.g. https://cdn.example.com) and then set the Included Directories setting to include the subdirectory (e.g. wordpress/wp-content and wordpress/wp-includes).

    Ah, thanks, that works!

I thank you both for this as well!
